Return policy

Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

  • Final-sale or clearance items

Refund Process:

  1. Submit a return request at support@example.com

  2. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

  3. Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed for the same product or price equivalent item, depending on stock.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • Customer pays for return shipping on normal returns

  • We cover shipping if we made an error
